Due to the recent torrential rainfall, our internal network and communication systems are currently unavailable.

In order to resume normal operations, extensive inspection and restoration work, including safety checks of our facilities by specialized contractors, will be required. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated date for the resumption of operations.

As a result, we are currently unable to respond to inquiries by phone or email as usual, and shipments of orders placed through our online shop have been temporarily suspended. Please note that orders already placed may also take longer than usual to be delivered.
